Since November of 2021 The Mokha Institute has been planning and procuring the site and equipment needed to establish Yemen’s first Coffee Quality Lab. Strategically located within the National Yemen Coffee Auction Preservation Warehouse in convenient location just outside Sana’a, this lab became the beating heart of Yemen’s first National Cupping Team and their work on the lots of the National Yemen Coffee Auction.
