The Yemeni coffee sector needs more coffee quality experts. Those who understand the agricultural best practices needed to uplift the quality of coffee sector wide as well as those who can analyze and grade coffees in Yemen rather than relying to experts outside the country. To meet this need and fulfill the promise of Yemen’s coffee legacy, we aim to train coffee entrepreneurs from across Yemen to assess, analyze and improve the process from the seedlings to the cup. Thus enabling coffee producing communities to truly understand and harness the value of Yemeni coffee.
